We began producing a lineup of molded rubber pipe clamps in 2005 to meet the needs of major Japanese automobile manufacturers, and have constructed a fully integrated in-house production system that includes all steps from blending of raw materials to A kneading and B kneading, bonding to metal, and vulcanizing. We are now producing and supplying 600,000 units per month for Isuzu Motors. The rubber raw materials are produced in Japan, and the rubber properties and quality are certified by the relevant state authority in China.
At present, our rubber part production is specialized for producing a lineup of rubber pipe clamps that are widely used for parts around automobile engines. We select and use a variety of rubber grades to meet customer needs for rubber materials, including heat resistance, cold resistance, oil resistance, weather resistance, and gasoline resistance. Mass production grades include CR50, CR70, NBR70, ACM50, NR50, and silicone 70.
These vulcanized-bonded clamps are widely used for parts around automobile engines.Rubber materials can be selected to provide a variety of properties including resistance to heat, cold, oil, gasoline, and weather.
Because all products are manufactured based on customer drawings, they can satisfy 100% of customer requirements.
The Aiko Group uses a compression method for molding rubber products, and has created a production system that is specialized for the rubber coating materials of the clamps that are our primary products.
